I want to remember us, so I don't forget all the time we spent with just the two of us.

I want to remember the happy moments, the sad moments, and all the moments in-between, so I don't forget they were our moments.

I want to remember it all, so I don't forget how lucky I am to have her in my life.

Awkward moment: My uncle's name is Barry. My little girl's nick name is Berry (don't ask, it's a long story). Of course my little girl came with me on the shoot, like usual. At one time, I said "Berry come here," in my ridiculous baby voice. Because that's how you talk to babies. Well Barry didn't know I call my little girl Berry. Oops! Awkward moment. Good thing they are family or that could have been really embarrassing talking to my clients like babies.

I had a blast with this family. Lots of laughter during the whole shoot!

We did do a head shot without the dog...but I can't resist, I love dogs!

she's one

                 and I'm sad. Doesn't she know that she isn't allowed to grow up? That she is always supposed to be my baby girl. Apparently she missed that memo. We celebrated her 1st birthday on Saturday. Who knew such a little person could bring you so much joy?

P.S. You need to watch this video my sister-in-law Bethany made for us. She did an amazing job! This is her first video ever...I still can't believe it. She's a rock star! Just watch it, and enjoy it!

 This last picture, I just had to add. My brother Dixon decided to get his gift second hand. I'm pretty sure he tried to find the ugliest doll possible. The hair, totally matted and disgusting. Of course, she loved it! I think it will be living in our storage room from now on. I don't even want to touch the thing.
