{365} day 210

iphone pictures- the day we had family home evening at the pool. You finally let me be your swimming buddy, even though dad is much more fun!

fruit snacks

Her favorite food is fruit snacks. I had to stop buying them because she would throw tantrums until she got some. I bought some for potty training rewards. Potty training isn't going so well in this home. Any good tips from you moms? Anyway, I let her have a package today just because. She ran to the window, and watched outside as she happily ate her fruit snacks. It may seem so silly, but I find even the simple little things (like eating fruit snacks), so beautiful. There really is beauty all around us, every day. Look for it, I promise you will find it!

I like them chunky! Day 207- the day I couldn't get over how chunky you are getting. I could squeeze you all day long. 

If there is one thing I do well, it's fattening up my babies.

Are you on instagram? Follow me at heather_bybee. I have had instagram for a while now, but only used it to follow friends, family, and photographers I stalk. I am not responsible enough for an iphone so I use my hubby's. It's so much easier to carry when we are out and about.

The first two images are part of my project 365. Day 206- the day we hung out at the pool. Which we do a lot, thanks to our pass of all passes! 

I realize I look like I have 5 o'clock shadow in the first picture. I promise I don't! I just love my little guy's face, so I had to post it.

letters to my daughter

Dear baby girl,

I love to watch you. I love how much you remind me of your daddy. I thought you were exactly like your daddy in every way. It wasn't until just recently that I realized you are like me too. We love our peanut butter and like to eat it by the spoonful. We have a million facial expressions. We are both extremely cautious. We both love our sweets. And of course, we both love each other. But I think I may just love you a little bit more!

{365} day 205

The day you started potty training. You loved running around in your "big girl" panties. Our day was a little rough and I put you back in a diaper half way through the day. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

The day you wanted to wear my earing's in your hair. Only you could pull that look off!

{365} day 200

The day I took a picture of you in your car seat just because. You couldn't stop smiling at your dad out the window, while your brother wanted out of his car seat. The picture isn't perfect, but the moment was.

The day you insisted on wearing your brothers bibs. Not just one bib either. You had to wear all five.

The day you turned 6 weeks old and I realized you aren't really a newborn anymore.

I take pictures almost daily, so I decided I will post an image or two daily from my project 365. Some days I might post more than once if I am posting something along with my project 365. I love that taking a picture only takes a second out of your day, but the picture lasts for a lifetime.

free lensing

I just recently learned a new technique called free lensing. I am honestly terrible at it right now. Probably 99% of my pictures turn out blurry. I probably need to take at least 100 more pictures to get the hang of it. But I'm really excited about it! So many more creative possibilities are now open to me. And that is awesome!

I have a confession to make...we went to a baseball game the other night, and I didn't watch it. Not a lick. But I did get a few cute shots of my girl!

Are so worth it! Being a mom isn't always the most glamorous job. And sometimes it's hard, like really hard. But it's oh so worth it. I don't know what I would do without these two. I'm so in.love.

How did I get so lucky? I love this little guy. He may be a terrible sleeper, and he may cry a lot, but he sure is the best! I can't imagine my life without him.
